Wholesale Orders
All products sold on our website are intended for wholesale and resale purposes only.
Minimum Order Requirement
Miami Fragrances requires a minimum order amount of $100 for all purchases.
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of wholesale fragrance products, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges unless you receive damaged, defective or incorrect items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive incorrect items, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include the following information when contacting us:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect items
- Photos of the shipping packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Failure to report issues within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used products
- Products with damaged or missing packaging
- Clearance or closeout items
- Special package deals
- Final sale items
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once processing or shipping has started.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Miami Fragrances is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, customers must contact the carrier directly regarding missing packages.
